Vintage Collectible Blue Ribbon Cigar Sign - 9 1/2" wide paper sign from the 1950s. Has tape on the back that was to be peeled off so the sign could be stuck in a window or on a hard surface in the old country store. They are a little darker in color on each side where the tape strips are on the back.
